Betsy & Scott are two happy people.  They smile & hug a lot.  And know how to have fun.  Also they used “Oh! The Places You’ll Go!” by Dr. Seuss as their guestbook.

And their bridesmaids wore white!  Now isn’t that about as refreshing as limeade on a hot Summer day?

The Reveal!  I do love when brides & grooms decide to see each other before the ceremony.  Such an intimate moment between the two of them, AND it allows for a much more relaxed time after the ceremony; they can just go straight to the cocktail hour or reception!

Scott was SO excited to see Betsy and it shows!

Welcome to the wedding of Kristin & Steve.  So much JOY in this wedding!  So much rockin’ out!  You’re going to love it.

Who: Kristin & Steve, super sweet, amazing, fun, and wow…Steve can SING!!
What:  Their gorgeous, heartfelt outdoor wedding
Where:  on IU’s campus…in fact, where I myself got married: the Rose Well House (beautiful!).  Reception at the Tudor Room at the Indiana Memorial Union

First, the awesome details:

One reason why I love Kristin:  the cutest, sweetest facial expressions!  And the best smile ever

Last touch-ups.  Don’t you just love the blue & yellow?  And aren’t those the cutest flower girls you’ve ever seen?!

This is Kristin & her brother.  Their mom & dad both passed a few years ago.  To recognize them during the ceremony, Kristin did a butterfly release (beautiful).  Here, brother & sister share some emotion before the walk down the aisle.

I just *LOVE* her expression here!  Such pure joy & happiness

The ceremony often went from tears…

…to laughter, as a good ceremony should!

Another thing I absolutely LOVED about this wedding:  RIGHT when Steve & Kristin were announced, they went straight into rockin’ it out on the dancefloor with their guests before settling down for dinner.  I LOVE this.  It sets such a fun tone for the rest of the night!

I seriously adore Kristin!  I mean, does it get happier than this?  Well, does it?

The many emotions toasts bring to the bride & groom…

So, Steve is a wedding singer.  Aw yeah.  He has a band (rendezvousmusic.com).  And boy, does he have a voice.  He busted out a surprise rendition of Michael Buble’s “Everything” for his bride.  It was frickin’ awesome, OK?  AWESOME!  Steve, you totally rock.

…and Kristin’s reaction:

On the left is Paul Mabin.  On the right is Nicole Garza.  They (and the entire band). were. amazing.

And just so you know, Steve wasn’t done yet.  He somehow rocked it out EVEN MORE with “Brick House” later in the evening.  Wow, Steve.  Wow.
