It is time, ladies and gentlemen! Indiana has never been more important in the primaries than we are right now.
Early voting location & hours for Bloomington, IN:
Monroe County Clerk
County Clerk’s Annex
Curry Building
290 W. 7th St
Bloomington, IN 47404
Hours: TODAY until 4pm
Saturday May 3rd: 8am-4pm
Monday May 5th: 8am-noon
If you can’t vote early, vote ON election day, which is Tuesday May 6th. Polls will be open from 6am to 6pm.
What you need to know:
- The Indiana primary is open to all registered voters.
- If you are 18 by November 4th, 2008, you can vote on May 6th, 2008!
- You must bring a photo ID issued by the state of Indiana or federal government.
- It must include an expiration date.
- Student ID from an Indiana state school works if it includes a photo and an expiration date.
- If you are a new registrant, you must bring a photo ID with your current address or a utility bill, bank statement, paycheck or government document with your current address.
So get out there if you haven’t already and VOTE, INDIANA!
As for me… Adrian, Kai and I will be at the Clerk’s office tomorrow, May 3rd.
In honor of Earth Day today, I have purchased 5 baby trees from My Baby Tree and encourage you to do the same! I heard about it from one of my favorite blogs, Earth Friendly Weddings (which you should also check out). My Baby Tree is so cool because you can see where they plant the tree saplings you purchase via Google Earth!
Just do it! It’s an easy peasy lemon-squeezy way to make the world a better place, one new tree at a time!
Now is the time to book your wedding with Grise Photography because within the next week or so I will be modifying the basic coverage plan pricing and tweaking the components a little here and there.
And as for photos, I have Annette & Zachary’s wedding coming up next week on the blog! Be on the lookout! Annette made her gown, her bridesmaids’ gowns, as well as the vests for the guys all on her own! She is extremely talented!
In other news… I’ve got to send out a huge
THANK YOUUUU
to all of you sweet, thoughtful people who contacted me with words of congratulations for our official engagement! We set a date in May 2009, but no worries–only three weekends of 2009 will come off my availability schedule. Everything else is fair game!
Which leads me to my final message for today…
The time to book your 2009 wedding is NOW!!
June-September is filling up rather quickly for me already, so book now before someone else snags your date!
Oh, and ONE MORE THING…
